Please note that no programming is needed to manage the website as the admin area allows you to update all pages by entering the text in a box and clicking submit. Email only – £10.00 set up and then just £3.00 per month
With the Email Package your organisation will receive:
- A professional email address, which can really make the difference to the first impression of your organisation (e.g. david@yourorganisation.co.uk or secretary@yourorganisation.co.uk or manager@yourorganisation.co.uk(. Please note that all email addresses can be configured to work on your own email client (i.e. Outlook or Thunderbird).
- Additional email addresses available from £1.50 per month
The standard package – £10.00 set up and then just £7.50 per month
With the standard package your organisation will receive:
- A unique co.uk or org.uk website domain (e.g. www.yourorganisation.co.uk) - alternatively .com available for negotiated fee
- A professional email address, which can really make the difference to the first impression of your organisation (e.g. david@yourorganisation.co.uk or secretary@yourorganisation.co.uk or manager@yourorganisation.co.uk(. Please note that all email addresses can be configured to work on your own email client (i.e. Outlook or Thunderbird).
- A website based on one of our professional looking, easy to use, templates. All of which are fully controlled from a hidden and password protected admin area on the site. The website as standard includes:
- An ‘about us’ or ‘home page’ with fully customisable and updateable content.
- A services page (or general information page( where you can detail what your organisation does.
- A ‘latest news’ or ‘bulletin board’ page, which will show the last 5 (or as per request( entries you make. Great for announcing upcoming events and meetings.
- A ‘contact us’ page with a fully automated web form that will send enquiries and messages to your new professional email address directly from the website.
- A ‘documents page’ , which will allow you to publish, documents such as meeting minutes and news leaflets etc (website users just click a link to open a word document that you have uploaded to your site via the easy to use admin area).
- A ‘links page‘, which allows you to add links to relevant sites that may be of use to your customers.
- An uploaded image to run on all pages (e.g. a picture that represents the organisation such as the street sign, the block, the residents organisation office etc).

The managed website package – £10.00 set up and then just £20.00 per month
If the thought of using our user friendly standard website package is still too daunting for you we can also offer a fully managed website service where by all updates and management of the website can be carried out via one of our dedicated Website Administrators. The package will include the same benefits as the standard package, however an individual Website Administrator will be assigned to be the point of contact for your organisation. Through email instructions to your personal Website Administrator you will be able to have your website updated however you wish without having to use any online forms.
Custom built website – dependant on requirements
A custom built site can be developed to meet the needs of your organisation.
